Long over Due!

Yes this is long over due. I have not did my blogs in a while. So I will be back to writing my blogs and expressing myself more. Yes, I will be doing two blogs this one and my weight loss blog. UPDATE!!!!

I have not blog in a minute so this is a major update as to what is going on with and etc. Well first things first. Its almost a new year and I will try my best to keep you guys and girls up to day with info. For the most part some of you all might know that I have been fighting with a decision if I want to move back to DMV area or if I want to stay in Atlanta. Do not get me wrong Atlanta is ok but I was born and raise in DC. So I am missing family and not to mention so much city life until I dont know what to do. 

Then, I have been going up and down on this yo yo weight loss. I can tell when I was loosing weight and then I can tell when I gain it back. So once again,  I am gonna try to tackle this weight loss thing. I know it is not hard but it was hella easy putting the weight but hard to take off.  I was doing ok until I messed up my shoulder and they gave me steroids to take. Wrong move #failed Here is a pic before I hurt my shoulder as a matter of fact this pic was taken a week before. Yes I was trying to get it off. So Im back to the drawing board. This time I think I got it under control at least I think I do. I will keep you all updated. Trust me!.

OMG!

Hey Hey everyone! I have been so so busy lately until it is unbelievable. I have so many projects that I am doing. Not to mention I am back in school............YIPPIEEEEEEEEEEE. Nothing is more exciting to me then to get this education. Can you imagine this is one of my books for class even though classes last 11 weeks wondering if we will get through the book.

I am working on BNC Boutique site. It will be up an running by the end of the next week. Tons of things will be added to the site. So make sure you check it out!

As I get back int he habit of blogging. I am truly in the process of reconstruction. I know that may sound simple but it is not. I am have so much work to do inside until I can't even began to tell anyone.

For the last 3 months a whole lot has taken place in my life. Some people are in your life for a reason or a season. WHICH one are you?

I am at peace at the moment and peace is good for me. So many things has happen for a reason, so many things happen for the good & so many things happen for the bad. I am in a healing process and it is a continuing thing. Everyday I keep P.U.S.Hing. I know that things can only get better if I want them to or allow them too. So as of TODAY things WILL get better for me. I am also in the stages of battling this weight thing. YES, I said it. Now, don't get me wrong. I love myself however, I want to be healthy for and that is a difference. So once I get it under control I can drop the weight off. I have 5 mos to drop atleast 60lbs. Can it be done. I guess we will have to see. I will post updates as to what is what and how much I have lost each week.

MJ Memorial

I have to say this was an emotional day for me. I am so emotional until it can not make sense. Watching the MJ Memorial, I cried and cried and cried. I have to admit I am still adjusting to it all. I love Michael Jackson, his music will live on and on. No words can describe the way the family is feeling only if you been through it. I know because when my brother died a part of me felt like it was rip out of my heart. I know I will see my brother when my time comes.


In the words of Al Sharpton, "You daddy was not strange, he just face strange things"

I have been MIA

Yes, I know I have been MIA I have been so busy with school and trying to get so many things off the ground that I can not believe it.

I am taking my second class for school it is going so far so good. I just have to re-adjust to it all. I am now taking MANAGEMENT: THEORY, PRACTICE AND APPLICATION which consist of writing a whole lot. Which I am learning so much in this class so I am kind of digging it.
